Information Collected Automatically
Some information is recorded automatically when you visit the site, whether or not you have an account. We collect it to keep the directory working, to understand how it is used, and to keep it free of spam and abuse.
What we do not do with it. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles or track you across other websites. When you are signed in, this activity is associated with your account so that we can support you and investigate misuse of the directory. Only our own staff can see it.
We keep only the referring website’s domain — never the full address of the page you came from — so search terms and campaign details are not stored.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. Business listing information (business name, description, contact details) is displayed publicly on our directory as part of our service.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Connections to the site are encrypted, and access to account records is restricted to authorized staff.
How Long We Keep It
Account and listing records are kept for as long as your account is open. If you delete your listing or close your account, we remove your information, except where we are required to keep it — for example, billing records we must retain for tax and accounting purposes.
Records relating to a suspension, ban, or investigation of misuse are kept after the account is closed. Without them, the same conduct could simply start again under a new account, and the directory would have no way to tell.
If you create an account and never post a listing, we send a reminder after about three days and remove the empty account after about a week. Nothing is charged and nothing is kept.
Payment Processing
Paid features are billed through our parent company, Affordable Marketing Pros, using a third-party payment processor (Stripe). Your full card number is handled directly by the processor and is never stored on our servers. Because billing runs through our parent company, charges may appear on your statement as “Affordable Marketing Pros” or “AMP.”
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access and update your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Remove your listing at any time
- Opt out of marketing communications
- Ask us what activity is recorded against your account

Cookies & Similar Technologies
We store a small identifier in your browser so that repeat visits can be recognized as the same session, and we use cookies to keep you signed in. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or clear its stored data, though some features — including staying signed in — will stop working.
We do not use advertising cookies and we do not allow third parties to track you across other websites through our directory.
