Welcome to Listings Junkie. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Listings Junkie's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for:

  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Ensuring all information you provide is accurate and current
  • Complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws

Your Account

One account per person or organization. Everything you list belongs under a single account, and that account is yours to manage. If you need more than one listing, the Unlimited Listings upgrade exists for exactly that — see Pricing & Services below.

Opening additional accounts to get around the one-listing limit is not permitted. This applies equally to everyone, including marketing agencies, SEO and citation services, resellers, and anyone else listing businesses on a client’s behalf. If you manage listings for other people, run them from one account under the Unlimited Listings upgrade.

If you create an account and never list anything, we’ll send a reminder after a few days and close the empty account about a week later. Nothing is charged, and you’re welcome to sign up again whenever you’re ready.

Business Listings

Key listing requirements:

  • Listings are for real businesses operating in the United States, and must be written in English
  • All listings must comply with our community standards and applicable laws
  • Prohibited items include illegal goods, hazardous materials, and content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Listings undergo a review process before going live
  • We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies

Every listing is reviewed by a person before it appears on the directory, and changes to a live listing are reviewed the same way before they take effect. Photos are reviewed separately, so a listing can go live while its photo is still being checked. Details you add to your public profile are reviewed as well.

Review usually takes a few hours, but it can take longer at busy times. Your listing stays exactly as it was until the change is approved — nothing goes dark while it’s waiting.

Pricing & Services

Every account includes one business listing, free. No card, no trial, no expiry. Everything below is optional.

  • Unlimited Listings — $9.99/month. Lifts the one-listing limit so you can run as many businesses as you like from a single account.
  • Pro Listing — $5/month or $50/year. A badge, a distinct border, and priority placement on your listing card across the directory.
  • Guest Post — $50. An article published on our blog, linking back to your site.
  • Social Media Shoutout — $25. Promotion across our social channels.
  • Local SEO Boost — $150. We submit your business to additional third-party directories.
  • Advertising — from $9.99/month. Banner placements across the site, priced by position.

You may pause or remove your listing at any time through your account portal. Prices shown are current at the time of purchase and may change for new purchases; recurring items renew at the price described at checkout.

Payments & Billing

Some features are paid — including advertising placements and premium marketplace services. By purchasing, you agree that:

  • You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method for the amounts shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically. Recurring items (such as ad placements and the Pro Listing) renew at the then-current price for the billing cycle you chose — monthly or annual — until you cancel.
  • You can cancel anytime from your account portal. Cancellation stops future charges; your benefit stays active through the end of the period you already paid for.
  • If a renewal payment fails, we may retry it and may pause or remove the associated benefit until payment succeeds.

If Unlimited Listings ends — whether you cancel or a payment lapses — your account returns to the one free listing. You choose which listing to keep; if you don’t choose, we keep your oldest. The others are set aside as drafts: off the directory, still yours, still editable, and republished automatically if you subscribe again. Nothing is deleted.

How charges appear on your statement. Listings Junkie is operated by its parent company, Affordable Marketing Pros, which also processes payments. Charges may therefore appear on your bank or card statement as “Affordable Marketing Pros,” “AMP,” or similar — not “Listings Junkie.” This is normal and expected; please do not report the charge as fraudulent. If you have any doubt about a charge, contact us first.

Refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future billing. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, and one-time services are non-refundable once our team has begun the work. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through our contact page and we'll make it right.

Intellectual Property

All content on Listings Junkie, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Listings Junkie L.L.C. and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Inquiries & Communication

All inquiries on listings will be directed to the company or individual listed, not to Listings Junkie. This direct line of communication ensures that businesses can manage and respond to potential customers promptly. Listings Junkie is not responsible for communications between users and listed businesses.

Limitation of Liability

Listings Junkie is not responsible for the accuracy of business listings or any transactions between users and listed businesses. We provide our platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Account Standing

The directory is moderated. We do that so the businesses listed here are real, the information is worth trusting, and one person cannot crowd out everyone else. If an account is used in a way these terms don’t allow, we take one of two actions.

Suspension

A suspension is temporary and lasts a set period, from 24 hours up to 90 days depending on what happened. You will be told the reason and when it ends. During a suspension you can still sign in and see your account and your listings — you simply can’t make changes, submit anything new, or make a purchase. When the period ends, your account returns to normal on its own.

Permanent ban

A ban is for repeated or serious violations, and it does not expire. Listings associated with the account are removed from the directory.

You get one appeal. Sign in and you’ll land on a page explaining the restriction, with a form to tell us why you think it’s wrong. A real person reads it. Because it’s one appeal per restriction, take a moment with it — and if we got it wrong, we’ll say so and put it right.

What leads to action

  • Opening additional accounts to get around the one-listing limit
  • Listing a business that doesn’t exist, or that you have no authority to list
  • Posting content that breaks our community standards or the law
  • Submitting the same business repeatedly, or listings that exist only to place links
  • Attempting to work around a restriction already applied to your account

These rules apply to every account equally, whatever industry you’re in and whoever you list on behalf of. We don’t make exceptions, and we’d much rather you never need this section — the paid options exist precisely so that everything here has a straightforward, legitimate alternative.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or restrict an account for conduct that violates these Terms of Use, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable, in line with the process described above.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
