Brian Decker and Taylor Loop are the managing partners of Modern Lending. They have assembled over the last few years the most knowledgeable and elite team of loan officers in the State. This team consists of Nathan Chabolla, Jorge Nila, Christopher Decker, Joe Daquino, and Sean Parsons. All these individuals are superstars in their own right and were hand-picked to form the first of its kind, a Modern Lending Team. The idea behind Modern Lending was to take the most brilliant minds in each mortgage segment (VA, USDA, FHA, Conventional, Jumbo, Refinance, etc) and create a collaborative All-Star Mortgage Team. Pulling all these resources together Modern Lending would not only allow for improved pricing for consumers due to volume incentives offered by investors but also provide a level of service other lenders simply cannot match.
