I started a habit of working from the couch late at night, which usually turned into answering emails until I was ready to fall asleep. I wanted something that would help me create an actual stopping point.
The cocoa became that signal. I make it with warm regular milk and leave my laptop in the other room while I drink it. It is chocolatey, smooth and not overly sweet.
I cannot say the magnesium makes me fall asleep immediately, but the routine has made a real difference in how I end the day. I am no longer carrying work straight into bed every night.

Collagen creamer
My first bag of collagen creamer lasted longer than it should have because I kept using too much and did not like the thick texture. Once I cut the serving down, everything changed. A smaller amount blends easily into my coffee, improves the flavor and does not make it overly creamy. I now use it most mornings and barely touch the flavored creamer in the refrigerator. I am still too early to talk about collagen results, but I have finally found a serving that works for me.

Great experience
I started taking morning fitness classes before work, but eating a full breakfast first made me feel too heavy. Going with only coffee was not much better because I was hungry as soon as class ended.
Protein Coffee has been a better middle option. I drink it cold on the drive to the studio and bring a banana for afterward. The flavor is mild, and it gives me enough to get through class without feeling like I drank a thick shake.
