Zack Seltzer and James Keltner are the co-founders of Coastal Vacation Rentals, a real estate and property management team serving Panama City, FL, along with Panama City Beach and the surrounding areas. They specialize in short-term rental management, assisting short-term rental investors, and hosting short-term rental consumers. Operating from their office at 2605 Navy Blvd, Suite 245, Panama City, FL, 32408, the group is 100% locally owned and operated. Drawing on 75+ years of experience and three generations of hospitality on Florida's Emerald Coast, they bring a strong background to the market. James grew up in his family's hotel business at the Sandpiper Beacon Beach Resort and earned a master's in international business, also from the University of Florida. Together, they handle pricing strategy and revenue management to maximize returns for property owners. Their work has earned them 36 five-star reviews. When they are not managing properties, Zack enjoys offshore fishing, golfing, and spending time with family, while James can be found traveling or fishing on the water.
